          This important issue showcases some of the harvesting and sawmilling technologies we believe will play an important role as the Bush Administration moves forward with implementation of the Healthy Forests Restoration Act (HFRA).  Our main message is that all of the science and technology needed to proceed on physical scales that are ecologically and economically meaningful are in place.  And with public support for thinning in the 90 percent range there is no reason for further delay.
